Horizontal carton packaging machine Promatic mod. AS 300, fully mechanically operated with a satin stainless steel base. Simple and quick format change through adjustment; all format adjustments are equipped with graduated sticks.

FEATURES:
The machine picks up the carton from the magazine using suction cups, feeds it to the lower and upper transport combs, forming it; thus giving it the required shape for subsequent operations. The product placed on the drawer chain is fed to the pusher group, which introduces it inside the carton complete with an instruction sheet, when required. The carton, transported by the combs, continues advancing to the stamping station and subsequently, after being completed with the closure of the various flaps, is taken out of the machine. The machine is equipped with a GUK leaflet feeder, which consists of a feeding group that performs the folding of the instruction sheet before insertion into the carton. Last processed product: tubes 25 x 180 mm. Tube loader available.
