Displaying device for controlling material on tray, controlling presence of product, cases, and packed product. Electric security device on the product pusher. Plexiglas protection with electric security device. Easily accessible emergency buttons. Automatic stop display.
SECTORS OF USE:
For the packaging in cartons products like: blisters, strips, trays, tubes (rigid or squeezable), bottles, bags, soaps and other food products or cosmetics.
MAIN FEATURES:
Versatile cartoning machine. The products to be packed once transported to the introducer pusher are detected by a sensor that commands to pick up its carton. In this way, the product and the carton move forward in perfect synchronization to the filling station, both controlled by two sensors. Particular attention has been given to machine cleaning below the carton transport area, where possible product or packaging material residue is conveyed to easily accessible collection areas. Equipped with leaflet inserter, Nordson hotmelt unit, Wolke code printing unit.
