The MANES Forced Feeder Model HDS 90/2 is an automatic feeding system specifically designed for the controlled management and introduction of powders into tablet press machines. Made of stainless steel, it is ideal for environments that require high hygiene standards and resistance to corrosion. The core of the system is a vibrating unit that, through a charging hopper, conveys the material via twin screw conveyors. The dimensions of the screws ensure forced transport and precise dosing, splitting the flow towards a double product outlet. This double outlet design with twin screws is optimized to simultaneously feed the charging hoppers of two tablet press stations, ensuring a continuous and balanced flow of material. The integration of limit or product presence sensors allows precise control of the feeding process, preventing overloads or interruptions, all in a compact and modular structure designed for easy integration and cleaning.
