The Th200 Novasina is a humidity meter designed to measure aw in the approximate range of microbial growth (0.50±0.97). It ensures a high level of precision and stability of the calibration curve. The equilibration times are adequate and the measurement of aw occurs within a reasonable time frame, from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the level of aw. The device is equipped with a temperature-controlled system, ideal for aw measurements in the temperature range of 0°C±50°C.
