FEATURES:
Digital display of all parameters for easy use. Accurate monitoring of temperature controlled by microprocessor (closed circuit). Digital countdown and acoustic alarm. The PMC 720 has a microprocessor to regulate key process parameters and heating cycle timing. The upper plate made of stainless steel coated with porcelain heats up more slowly than the aluminum plate but is more chemically resistant. The use with metal containers is not recommended.
