FEATURES:
The deduster is a machine designed and built to remove contaminating particles from pallets used in controlled dust areas. It consists of three modules appropriately bolted together; the modules are robust boxes made of painted stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 / 1.5 mm, constructed, assembled, and reinforced to prevent the mechanical resonance of the assembly. The structure is free of unlevelled ends, open corners, and unfinished overlapping joints; all panels are removable and are fixed to the main structure with galvanized self-tapping screws. A neoprene gasket is inserted between the brushes and the structure to ensure air tightness. High-speed jets of air, previously filtered through high-efficiency filters, exit from the nozzles located internally, removing the contaminating particles deposited on the pallets themselves. When not in use, the deduster will operate at a reduced high speed of 30% to remain decontaminated.
