The LINK interfaces Perkin Elmer / PE Nelson series 600 are buffered digital interface modules containing four independent RS232 ports for interfacing instruments and IEEE-488/RS232 communication ports for host communication. Each LINK module can serve a single LC system or up to three independent gas chromatographs (limited to 2 model types). For the GC, each RS232 port can receive two signals from digital detectors. The digital data acquired from the instruments is stored in dynamically allocated RAM, similar to the interfaces of the Perkin Elmer NCI/900A series. CSA, TUV, EMI certification and CE marking. Each interface requires, but does not include, an IEEE or RS232 interface cable, plus the appropriate number and type of RS232 cables for the supported instruments.
