FEATURES:
The MN80 is designed for the production and packaging of coffee pods (ESE – Easy Serving Espresso) with an indicative capacity of up to about 80 pods/minute. It integrates grinding, dosing, pressing, forming, sealing, and packaging stages. The electro-pneumatic structure ensures robust and reliable operation. The pod is made from heat-sealable food filter paper, designed to withstand pressure and temperature, with a dosage of around 7 grams. The machine uses barrier laminated film to preserve aroma and protect against moisture and oxygen. It includes a format change cart, powder suction cart, and conveyor belt with counter and bag diverter.
