MAIN FEATURES:
The main concept of the single tower allows the various operations on the capsule to be carried out in sequence around the same central axis. In this way the capsule travels the shortest distance and the possibility of mechanical displacements during the operating cycle is avoided. The MATIC series fully responds to the actual needs created by high-production capsule packaging, such as: operational safety, rapid format change, simple and simultaneous adjustment of the dosing units, extreme and accurate ease of cleaning, simple maintenance, maximum dosage precision. The machine has continuous movements and can process the following capsule sizes: 00-0-1-2-3-4-5. Operating cycle: capsule feeding, capsule release, horizontal orientation of the capsules, powder feeding, powder dosage, capsule filling, waste selection, capsule closing, capsule ejection.
The machine has the format ‘0’ capsule size installed and is supplied with the supplementary format sizes 00, 1, 2 capsules.
