FEATURES:
The machine can operate in both manual and automatic modes, with the ability to exclude loading of cardboard and/or unloading of produced packages. It consists of a square section steel tube base, a rotating table, and a sealing station that includes: the de-stacking station, the sealing head, and the ejection station. The rotating table is driven by an electric motor connected to a reducer to maintain an appropriate speed, and an intermittent switch for smooth acceleration and deceleration. It features two stations: one for loading and one for sealing, where the sealing plate is electronically timed and temperature-regulated. After sealing, the package reaches the loading and unloading station, where the sealed blister can be retrieved. It accommodates multiple sets of molds that can be changed multiple times a day. It includes two cavities for product positioning and sealing, and is equipped with all safety devices to protect the operator.
