MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is supplied with a self-retaining manual stop. The presence of foreign body under the welding device or the infeed unit overloaded causes the automatic emergency stopping of the machine due to the action of safety microswitch. The welder is supplied with teflon coating and spring support. The main motorization consists of a self-braking motor complete with expansible pulley for speed adjustment that has a fixed diameter pulley with fiction clutch, one chain for motion transmission from the reduction unit to the camshaft. By varying the diameter of the expansible pulley the machine speed changes. The input of the bundle in the welding area is made by means of the plate towed by a chain operated by a self-braking geared motor. The product obtained from the filling station is oriented and gathered in front of the grip assembly. Once reached a minimum level the products can advance and the presence / the number of vials is verified. The bottles are picked up and the bundles are introduced in the wrapping and welding section. After welding, the burden coming next pushes the package on the conveyor belt of the tunnel. The heat-shrinkage occurs in air heated and ventilated environment at a temperature not exceeding 200 °C. Inside the chamber the heated film retracts around the product, which is then cooled by means of a fan. Composed by: feeding conveyor, pneumatic pusher, welding group, exit conveyor, shrink tunnel. Staging and intermittent feed for different carton sizes. Very compact design.
