FEATURES:
Products are transported along a production line via a conveyor belt. Sensors detect the presence of the product and send a signal to the control system. The applicator picks a label from the roll and accurately places it on the product. A control system, often based on a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), manages the labeling process, ensuring that each label is applied correctly and at the right time. This machine is used in various production sectors to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the labeling process. The machine is equipped with an AVERY DENNISON ALS 350 head and a METRONIC MC1 BARCODE printer.
