The A94 fully automatic continuous motion horizontal cartoner provides all the benefits of the most advanced production technology and constant research in this particular sector of automatic packaging. Its carton prebreaking and opening system combined to extrapositive carton handling by multiple belts ensures best carton forming control. Automatic Horizontal Case Packer, machine for the final packaging in cardboard, made in a way to ensure reliability, versatility and space saving. A machine of new conception particularly suitable for the insertion of individual cartons grouped in cases or pre-glued trays with standardized dimensions even of poor quality.

MAIN FEATURES:
Cartoner – The fast reproducible changeover, dependable operation make it the best choice for long runs and multiple shifts. The A94 can handle a wide range of product feeding groups (for bottles, squeezable or rigid tubes, blisters, trays, vials, pouches, syringes, spoons, etc) and various tuck closing options. The unit is now working with tuck-in flaps with glue dots. Complete with: GUK prefolded leaflet feeder. FA21/4 with 4 folding pockets. GR A9442 electromechanical blister feeder.
Case packer – The electrical system, noise and safety protection are conform to European standards. Carton closing by tape and / or application of hot melt glue or vinyl. Horizontal cartons magazine facilitates loading. Pick-up arms and forced opening with suction cups ensure perfect squaring of the carton during filling. The product is stacked and introduced into the open carton. The machine proceeds to the closure of the flaps of the carton and according to the configuration to the closure of the carton.
