FEATURES:
The machine consists of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical parts supported by an operator interface control system. The proposed version has a feed positioned at 90° to the machine axis. The packaging type of the machine includes a wide range of formats, always within the scope of the product type described above. Quick and easy format change management via handwheels with numerical indicators; additionally, the production cycle requires the supervision of only one operator who, through direct visual control, must verify its correct operation. The combination of the most modern mechanical and electronic technological concepts applied in the design has allowed for a machine with high reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. It is possible to obtain perfectly packaged bundles without the normal variations in product size affecting the final presentation; the quality of the final packaging is such as to meet the most sophisticated requirements. The packages are expelled from the machine, complete and aligned, ready for final storage.
