FEATURES:
The mod. 760 autoclave is a steam sterilizer designed for reliable and efficient sterilization cycles, operating at an operating pressure of 1 atm, corresponding to a sterilization temperature of 121 °C, compliant with standard parameters for saturated steam sterilization. The unit features a 20-liter sterilization chamber made of stainless steel, constructed in accordance with the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC (PED). The stainless steel lid with a mechanical locking system ensures safety during operation. Heating is provided by a radial plate electric heater, controlled by a timer adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes for precise control of the sterilization cycle. Process parameter monitoring is ensured by an analog pressure gauge and a digital thermometer. Operational safety is further guaranteed by a protection sensor with manual reset in case of water shortage. The autoclave is equipped with a main switch and indicator lights to show power on, active heater, and low water level. The external casing made of powder-coated acid-resistant steel ensures robustness and ease of cleaning. Only 3 liters of deionized or demineralized water are required for the sterilization cycle, making the unit particularly efficient in consumption. Due to its capacity limits and operating pressure, the autoclave is not subject to ISPESL control.
