FEATURES:
The mod. 760 autoclave is a steam sterilizer designed for reliable and efficient sterilization cycles, operating at a working pressure of 1 atm, corresponding to a sterilization temperature of 121 °C, compliant with standard parameters for saturated steam sterilization. The sterilization chamber of 20 liters is made of stainless steel and built according to the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC (PED). The stainless steel lid features a mechanical locking system, ensuring safety during operation. Heating is provided by a radial plate electric heater, controlled by an adjustable timer from 0 to 120 minutes. Process parameter monitoring is guaranteed by an analog pressure gauge and a digital thermometer. Operational safety is further ensured by a protection sensor with manual reset in case of water shortage. It includes a main switch and indicator lights for power, active heater, and insufficient water level. The external casing made of powder-coated acid-resistant steel offers robustness and ease of cleaning. Only 3 liters of deionized or demineralized water are required for the sterilization cycle, optimizing consumption. Not subject to ISPESL control, simplifying regulatory compliance.
