FEATURES:
The stretch polyethylene film is unwound from two motorized reels, with tension always constant and adjustable as desired. In fact, it is not the product that unwinds the film. The setting of the controls and characteristic data is done via an operator interface display. The format change is simple and quick. High-quality sealing in terms of stretch resistance, as well as surface quality. The bundle is held neatly during sealing operations, and the sealing temperature is constantly monitored by temperature regulators. A sealing cooling system allows for operation even at very high speeds. Adjustable film wraps around the package. The management of main data (e.g., dimensions, sizes, and speed) is performed through a functional display. All main movements are protected and controlled with indication on the control panel, and the machine stops in emergency conditions.
