FEATURES:
Primarily used in the food sector, slat conveyors are also employed in any sector and represent the ideal system for transporting lightweight products of small and medium sizes, bulk or loosely packed. The wide selection of materials and configurations of the slats allows for the creation of conveyors suitable for any handling needs. Depending on the type of application, the supporting structure of the conveyor can be made of stainless steel, painted steel, or aluminum. In its simplest form, a conveyor consists of a framework that includes the support for the slat (sliding surface or support rollers), a drive drum, which is normally the “head” drum, a return roller, which is normally the “tail” roller, and a conveyor belt.
The structure of this conveyor is entirely made of stainless steel to allow for quick sanitization and to make the conveyor more durable over time. The slat conveyor consists of plates made of plastic (hence the name slats) and is free of flaps, featuring gaps between each plate.
Complete with steel supports with feet that ensure stability and equipped with an electric motor for movement.
