FEATURES:
The Beckman DU-7 is a spectrophotometer from 190-800 nm with a high-speed microprocessor. The instrument features a graphical video display that provides operational instructions and a keyboard for operator input. It allows the user to choose from a total of 3 scan rates (600, 300 & 120 nm/min) and 2 scanning modes, absorbance and transmission %. Calculation options include concentration, absorbance ratio, and absorbance difference. There are also 2 time modes available – time drive and repetitive scan (REP).
