FEATURES:
Packaging system for powders in heat-sealed pouches made of laminated material. The equipment consists of a heat-sealing packaging machine, feeding unit, powder/granule dosing unit, control panel, outfeed pouch conveyor belt, and electrical power panel. Filling via hopper with auger. The VBU model was designed and built to fully automatically carry out the forming, filling, heat-sealing, and cutting of pouches with powdered or granular products. The structure of the entire machine is built to eliminate the propagation of vibrations. Operator presence is required for product and heat-sealable laminate roll loading operations. The bagging machine allows a production speed of 15 to 250 cycles per minute. Production speed and dosing tolerance depend on the product’s quality and physical state, hopper filling level, and environmental conditions. The length of the pouches produced ranges between 50 and 150 mm. The machine was completely overhauled in 2014.
