The device consists of a feed inlet connected to a granulation chamber containing a rotor, stator, and discharge funnel. The granulator provides the capability to meet various granulation requirements simply by changing the classification grid. It offers quick and easy cleaning without the need for specific mechanical tools. This machine is particularly suitable for sieving granules obtained in a fluid bed, eliminating clumps, uniforming the granulate to the desired size, and, above all, preventing product fragmentation that creates dust.
