DESCRIPTION:
Drum mixing station for the rotation of specific drums. The machine can lift a weight up to a maximum of 150 kg considering the total between the drum and the product.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is suitable for mixing, in non-Atex areas, inert powders contained in drums with a maximum total weight of 150 kg. Aisi 316L and Aisi 304 stainless steel materials with special mirror polishing finish for all parts in contact with the product, fine satin finish for the other parts. This machine is equipped with a PLC on the panel to control the variation of the revolutions, the timer for the duration of the mixing and for stopping the drum in position during the loading/unloading phase. Using a pneumatic cylinder, the group consisting of the basket and the drum is lifted to bring it into a working position at 45° with respect to the vertical axis. The entire cycle is performed automatically, however it is possible to perform the overturning and rotation maneuvers in manual mode and reverse the direction of mixing. For 100 and 200 dm3/L drums it is necessary to use the appropriate adapters consisting of a spacer to be fixed to the basket and two spacers to be inserted on the bands. The machine is complete with 3 drums of 50 L, 100 L and 300 L.
