The labeling station with RALLY labeling head has been designed to distribute self-adhesive labels on reels of both paper and plastic with appropriate spacing between one label and another. The practicality and simplicity of use of the labeling head combined with the possibility of positioning it in any way make it indispensable for those who must use labeling heads.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is made up of: label feeding station, labeling station, variable speed conveyor belt, complete and intuitive command and control panel. The labeling machine is equipped with safety devices in order to ensure the safety of users during the processing phase. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet. Only labels with integrated backing paper can be used, not labels with punched paper. For the LS 100 can be used self-adhesive labels in reels of both paper and plastic with a height of 100 mm including the backing paper. The labeling head is equipped with: microprocessor controls, electronic speed adjustment, meter counter and label counter on the display, modular construction.
