DESCRIPTION:
The AC-4000i line scale is a high precision machine. Combined with the weighing frame, it performs weight inspection of individual product packages in the production process or packaging line. The AC-4000i and the weighing frame perform these functions without interrupting the product flow. During operation, the package is transported by a means of transport through a weighing table.

MAIN FEATURES:
The AC-4000i electronic system consists of: A microprocessor-based electronic system with filtering and amplification circuits to interpret the signal from a load cell. The electronics enclosure houses the display, a front panel keypad and a vacuum fluorescent display. The digital keyboard is used to enter the configuration parameters. The display presents the weight and other statistical data to the operator. Output signals for a reject or alarm device. At the time of installation, some data must be entered into the electronics of the AC-4000i. The front panel of the AC-4000i is designed to simplify the setup and operation of a machine. All data is entered digitally, using the soft keyboard buttons on the front panel. The operator is assisted in setting up by the fluorescent displays that show the data to be entered.
