DESCRIPTION:
Automatic capping machine with rotary system and 8 rolling heads for metal caps (alluminium, pilferproof etc.) For all capping operations for which efficiency, safety and quality are essential and for containers made of glass or plastics. This continuous motion capping machine with rotating capping section assure gentle transport of containers and closures. Lightweight capping chucks combined with a separate drive ensure safe and secure capping in all conditions. The transport system assures careful handling of all containers irrespective of type and shape including unstable containers and those of light weight. The modular construction of all Bosch capping machines combines flexible and economic solutions for the design of complete lines and a large variety of closures and container formats with high outputs. The feeding of capsules is made by means of a mechanical or electromagnetic sorter and the capsules are controlled on the supply track by a photocell.
