MAIN FEATURES:
The ASK 200 is a fully automatic machine for vertical stacking and stretchbanding of blisters. The height adjustment of the infeed conveyor enables integration with all variations of upstream machines. Setting the height of collations and quantity of blisters per stack can be achieved with digital read-outs within seconds. The time for size change to other blister sizes is very short. PLC equipped and with low noise level, under 70 dB. The controls and gages of the electrical control cabinet are centrally located and arranged for maximum operating convenience. The most important controls are protected by a transparent lockable cover on the panel. All valves of the pneumatic cabinet are centralized in a soundproofed cabinet. The air service unit consists of an oil mist lubricator and an automatic water separator. Painted steel construction, infeed product guides with belts. Guarding around machine for protection.
