The SC/24 SPECIAL washer is designed for cleaning pharmaceutical bottles. The machine is designed and built in compliance with good manufacturing practices and to meet the highest quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry. The rigid parts in contact are made of stainless steel. Format change is simple and quick to execute. The control panel is simple and intuitive. This blowing machine is a continuously rotating machine with mechanical movements and automatic operation for dry cleaning of bottles by removing solid, granular, or dusty impurities through suction and blowing. The workstations are: bottle transport group and blowing-suction group. Bottles are placed on the feeding lung plate, which rotates and inserts them into a guide and belt. They are then spaced by a separation screw and fed to the transport clamps via a star. The transport clamps rotate the bottles, holding them mouth down. The blowing and suction nozzles ensure the cleaning of the bottles.
