FEATURES:
Assembled with FlexLink modular technology, specifically designed for integration into packaging lines, industrial automation, and precision handling of small components. The supporting structure extends to a total conveyor length of 3000 mm, geometrically configured with a central straight section of 1600 mm interspersed with two 90-degree elbow curves, positioned respectively 900 mm and 500 mm from the ends of the operational flow. The transport belt features an ultra-compact width of 45 mm, ideal for single or guided handling of lightweight products and bottles, optimizing space within the company layout. Movement is ensured by a synchronous central motorization entrusted to a compact three-phase induction motor. The structure rests on stable vertical legs made from extruded aluminum profiles with lower plates for floor anchoring and is equipped with fixed side rails for containing products in transit.
