MACHINE TYPE:
The MN80 is a semi-automatic pod machine, a vertical single-serving bag packer for the production and packaging of coffee pods (ESE – Easy Serving Espresso type) compatible with home/professional espresso machines, designed for small to medium roasting lines.

FEATURES:
The machine integrates coffee grinding, dosing, pressing, forming, and sealing processes, ensuring a production capacity of up to approximately 80 pods/minute. It features a robust electro-pneumatic structure suitable for flexible production and industrial contexts that are not high-speed. The pods are made of heat-sealable food filter paper, designed to withstand pressure and temperature. Ground coffee is enclosed between two layers of paper that are perimeter-sealed. The machine comes with a COLOMBINI grinder from the TA series and a conveyor belt with a counter and bag diverter, completing the packaging process with a barrier film pouch for protection against oxygen and moisture.
