FEATURES:
The Preo glue applicator melts hot melt material, maintains it at the set working temperatures, and pumps it to the guns through tubes. The guns apply the hot melt material to the designated surface of the product or packaging. The hot melt material is melted in the tank where it remains until pumped to the guns. When a gun is activated, the pump sends the melted hot melt material through a distribution block from the tank to the guns. It features a double-acting piston pump that delivers the hot melt material for substrate application with each stroke. An air-operated automatic gun is used for the application. The tank is equipped with built-in heaters and melting elements that allow for efficient heat transfer. A filter in the tank prevents unmelted material from clogging the pump when new material is loaded into the tank.
