FEATURES:
The ‘6-station Monodose’ is designed to perform dosing, filling, and sealing of single-dose vials. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, it features a monoblock equipped with five syringes and filling needles. The machine includes various constituent groups, such as the working star, the preheating group, and the sealing group. The production capacity varies depending on the product, with the currently installed format for 6 strips of 5 single-dose vials. The preheating system uses hot air to enhance the sealing of the strips via electric resistors and Teflon films. The operation is managed by a PLC to ensure the sequential execution of operations. Two optional formats for diameters of 11 mm and 13 mm complete its functionalities.
