MACHINE TYPE:
The automatic labeling machine Etipack model Sistema is designed to apply self-adhesive labels on the top of products. Equipped with an integrated transport system, it facilitates handling and labeling both in standalone mode and connected to other packaging machines such as fillers and thermoformers. It is ideal for stable products such as thermoformed trays, jars, cans, bottles, boxes, and containers made of plastic, glass, or metal, for food, chemical, and cosmetic products.

FEATURES:
The Etipack model Sistema labeling machine is equipped with Antares Vision and Cognex artificial vision systems to inspect, identify parts, and detect defects. The Etipack model Stick 4/8 head allows for the printing and application of labels on the side or top of products, with a useful stroke of 30 mm, enabling application at more than 10 mm distance on stationary or moving products, even with irregular surfaces. It includes an incoming roller conveyor for conditioning products arriving from the line, a three-color light column with a buzzer for signaling operational states, and total safety protection in polycarbonate. The structure rests on adjustable feet, has a stainless steel machine body, an electrical panel with dedicated electronics, and line stop contacts for alarms.
