MACHINE TYPE:
The Preo gluer melts the hot melt material, maintains it at the set working temperatures, and pumps it to the guns through the pipes. The guns apply the hot melt material to the intended surface of the product or packaging.

FEATURES:
The hot melt material is melted in the tank where it remains until pumped to the guns. When a gun is activated, the pump sends the melted hot melt material through a distribution block from the tank to the guns. This is a double-acting piston pump that sends the hot melt material for application to the substrate with each stroke. An automatic air-operated gun is used for the application on this system. The tank is equipped with built-in heaters and melting elements that allow for efficient heat transfer. A filter in the tank prevents unmelted material from blocking the pump when new material is loaded into the tank.
