MACHINE TYPE:
The pass materials is a device designed for the transfer of products and components between environments with different cleanliness classes. Usually installed on the wall of clean rooms and laboratories, at the optimal working height, it ensures safe and efficient transfer. During use, components are transported with minimal pressure loss, avoiding the passage of personnel between the two connected environments.

FEATURES:
The pass materials, made of stainless steel, has a selection button to manage the process automatically or manually. The device is equipped with a black button to start the cycle, a green button to open the door, and two indicators: a blue one that, when lit, indicates that the opposite door is open, and a red one that signals the ongoing cycle. If the load is inserted from the “dirty side,” the washing cycle (laminar flow and UV sterilization) starts automatically once the door is closed. If the load is inserted from the “clean side,” opening the door on the “dirty side” is only possible when the door on the “clean side” is closed. During the washing cycle, the red indicator remains lit on both sides to indicate that the doors are locked. The centrifugal fan turns on during the washing cycle, creating a uniform laminar airflow that helps remove particles and contaminants from the surface of the materials; while the UV lamps are activated to sterilize the materials, destroying bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms.
