Automatic tube filling and sealing machine for plastic tubes. Horizontal cartoner Promatic mod. AS 300, fully mechanically operated with a satin stainless steel base. Simple and quick format change through adjustment; all format adjustments are equipped with graduated rods.

FEATURES:
The tube filler is equipped with a hot air sealing device. Easy to use with quick format change without tools. Rapid interchangeability of sealing groups. Tube orientation and protective cover. Stainless steel structure, integrated tube feeder, tube orientation, provision for single filling station, stainless steel hopper for products, electrical panel with controls. Two filling heads. An additional format of the feeder is available for 100 ml tubes. The cartoner picks the carton from the warehouse using suction cups, feeds it to the lower and upper transport combs, forming it; thus giving it the required shape for subsequent operations. The product placed on the drawer chain is fed to the pushing group, which introduces it into the carton complete with an instruction leaflet, when provided. The carton, transported by the combs, continues advancing to the stamping station and subsequently, after being completed with the closure of the various flaps, is taken out of the machine. The machine is complete with a GUK leaflet feeder which consists of a feeding group designed to fold the instruction sheet before insertion into the carton. Last processed product: tubes 25 x 180 mm. Tube loader available.
