MACHINE TYPE:
Double-sided rotary tablet press, made of welded steel elements, all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with 35 compression stations.

The machine complies with international safety standards. It is suitable for tablet pressing at high pressures necessary in the case of powder pre-compressions or direct compressions of materials. It allows the mounting of multiple dies and any type of shaped die and any type of shaped punch. It requires minimal maintenance and is easy to clean; the external structure consists of steel panels and transparent polycarbonate doors for easy access for format changes and mechanical interventions. Complete with a series of punches (stem 19 mm) and dies (diam. 30.3 mm, height 22.3 mm), for round tablets with a diameter of 15 mm. The machine has been overhauled by the company Costamac.
