Description
MACHINE TYPE:
The 6025 ventilation pump is a mechanical ventilator with volume regulation (according to the Starling ventilation method), designed for use with cats, rabbits, and similarly sized animals. The lack of sliding friction results in virtually no wear, ensuring silent operation and perfect reproducibility of the strokes.
APPLICATION SECTOR:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
FEATURES:
This laboratory ventilator is a positive pressure pump. It essentially consists of a variable speed geared motor driven by a speed controller and an easily interchangeable assembly of 100 piston/cylinder. The motor speed is precisely regulated so that the motor provides the most accurate and reliable control over the stroke rate of any available respirator. The electronic transmission noise level is negligible, and the pumps are also quiet.
The operation of the 6025 can be “paused” with an external TTL signal.
The unique connection mechanism ensures that:
- The piston nearly touches the cylinder at the end of each stroke, regardless of the preset volume, thus ensuring that all air drawn into the pump is expelled with each stroke.
- The volume, clearly indicated on a fixed dial, is adjustable via a knob, while the pump is running or stopped.
The reciprocating motion is generated, adapted, and transmitted to the piston solely through connecting rods and joints. Four ports (inlet, towards the animal, from the animal, and discharge) allow flexibility in air routing. The air can be ambient or a non-explosive gas mixture. The exhaust air can be partially or fully recycled or collected for analysis. Purely mechanical with impeccable finishes: long-lasting life.
