The mixing method of the V-shaped mixers consists in rapidly rotating the granules and this allows the product to separate into two cones, then two merge again into one. By repeating the procedure, the granule will then be separated and joined again and again to obtain the best mixing result.

The V blender is an automatic work system intended for professional industrial use, specifically designed and built to perform the final mixing of multiple components in the powdery state. The unit is composed of two V-welded cones having, at both vertices, a loading valve, and in the converging part a valve for unloading. This shape provides the machine with such a structure that it can achieve better mixing of the mixture. This equipment is supported by two uprights made of folded and welded sheet steel. The rotation of the mixer is ensured by an electric motor connected with a reducer to the gear trains of the machine. Mobile barrier type protection.
