The BIPAK vertical cartoner is reliable, flexible and versatile. Automatic product feeding guarantees a high output of upright products. The machine is able to handle different types of carton closures. Exceptionally silent operations.

MAIN FEATURES:
Depending on the cartoning application the machine can be used in conti¬nuous or intermittent mode by means of a simple selection on the control panel. The standard Bipak model is semi-automatic. It can be equipped with a wide range of automatic feeding units to transform it into a fully automatic cartoning machine capable of producing up to 120 cartons/minute. Fast and easy size changeovers, Suction cups deliver guaranteed carton opening, long service intervals and minimum intervention time. Ultimate flexibility and productivity in a wide range of cartoning applications. Especially suitable for frequent carton size changeovers and small batches. Fitted with standard size parts for handling the entire dimensional range of cartons. Ergonomic in the manual product feeding area, giving access up to four operators.
