DESCRIPTION:
Drum tilting station with vibration designed for the rotation of specific drums. The machine can lift a weight up to a maximum of 30 kg considering the total between the drum and the bag with product.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine lifts a drum containing the product enclosed in two bags: one for protection which is stopped at the drum and the other which is overturned and carried on the manual roller conveyor. The machine is also equipped with a vibrator which is activated if the bag containing the product has difficulty in coming out of the drum. The roller conveyor is equipped with a product collection tray in case the bag has leaks. Operating cycle: the drum is brought into contact with the drum tipper and is subsequently locked to the arm. The lid of the drum is removed and the first bag is opened. Lifting and tilting of the drum up to the upper limit switch position. Possible activation of the pneumatic vibrator.
