Automatic rotary labelling unit equipped with one of the most versatile and flexible self-adhesive labelling heads. Electric display for programming of labeling phases, alarm and photocell. Self-adhesive labels are a winning product thanks to their adaptability and advantageous features – they are sturdy, elastic, and water resistant. Autocol prints and applies self-adhesive labels to containers with constantly high precision. At the same time, the machine is designed so flexibly that it can be adjusted to a wide range of container sizes and shapes.

MAIN FEATURES:
Parts of the machine: labeling carousel, bottle rack table, friction screw, the central command of the conveyor. Supplied with the necessary security devices. Based on practical adjustable feet. The label applicator for self-adhesive labels conveys the label carrier film to the container via tension and feed rollers. A pneumatic loop buffer system at the infeed ensures continuous unwinding of the label carrier film from the reel. The self-adhesive label is removed and precisely transferred to the container. The labelling of glass, plastic, metal and ceramic containers with self-adhesive labels is possible with this unit.
