DESCRIPTION:
Bottle filling machine for liquids, works with continuous movements, mechanical and automatic operation for filling glass bottles. It is suitable for the treatment of all kinds of cosmetic products and is designed to handle a wide range of containers. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability.

MAIN FEATURES:
The conveyor belt loads the carriers with the containers into the machine. After the suction station, the carriers are stopped by the first pair of divisors. The nozzles blow sterile air into the containers. The vacuum sucks up swirled dirt particles through the suction tube. Under the filling station, the centering positions the containers. The filling nozzles are lowered into the containers and move back up during the filling process. The suction unit switches on shortly before the end of the filling process and sucks the product to the set height. Main stations: blowing, filling with suction, division levers. PLC: Siemens Simatic S5. Operator panel: Siemens Simatic OP27.
